PERTEX SHIELD に裏地にOCTAの機能素材を使用したテクニカルドリズラーは、ゆったりめのシルエットが特徴です。クラシカルとテクニカルの融合を目指したモダンなデザインです。
Pertex® Shieldファブリックは、高い透湿性を保ちながら、軽量の防水プロテクションを提供します。
Pertex® Shieldファブリックは、軽量性と透湿性が重要となる激しいマウンテンスポーツのために設計されており、素早く動きながら快適性を維持することが可能です。

2層構造で、軽量な表生地と防水・防風・透湿メンブレンを組み合わせた多用途の構造です。DWR（耐久性撥水）加工が施された表面生地は、雨や雪をはじき、通気性を維持します。

一般的な生地よりも強いため家庭用洗濯機で普通に洗え、低温設定での乾燥機も使用OK。洗剤の指定もないがすすぎは念入りに。生地とポリウレタンフィルムの間に洗剤が残っていると、水を引き込みやすくなってしまうからだ。
撥水性を復活させたいときは、低温設定で乾燥機に入れるか、当て布をして低温のアイロンをかけるのがおすすめ。表面の細かい毛が立ち、撥水性が復活する。

OCTA　8本の突起を持った異形中空糸＝”Octa®”を使用した軽量保温素材。
一般的な中空糸が3-40％なのに対し、中空率約50%の糸で軽量嵩高性を実現。デッドエア構造による保温性も備える。
一方、フラット面は汗抜けと保つメッシュ組織になっており衣服内のオーバーヒートも起こりにくい。

The Technical Drizzler in PERTEX SHIELD with OCTA functional fabric lining is characterised by its loose-fitting silhouette. The modern design is a fusion of classic and technical.
Pertex® Shield fabric provides lightweight waterproof protection while remaining highly breathable.
Pertex® Shield fabric is designed for intense mountain sports where lightweight and breathability are important, allowing you to move quickly while maintaining comfort.

The versatile two-layer construction combines a lightweight outer fabric with a waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane, while the DWR (durable water repellent) treated surface fabric repels rain and snow and maintains breathability.

Stronger than most fabrics, so can be washed normally in a household washing machine and dried on a low temperature setting; no detergent specified, but rinse carefully. If detergent remains between the fabric and the polyurethane film, it can easily draw water in.
To restore the water-repellent properties of the fabric, it is recommended to put it in the dryer at a low temperature setting or iron it at a low temperature with a cloth. The fine hairs on the surface will stand up and water repellency will be restored.

OCTA Lightweight heat-retaining material made from Octa®, a hollow fibre with eight protrusions.
The lightweight bulkiness is achieved by a yarn with a hollow content of approximately 50%, as opposed to the 3-40% of ordinary hollow yarns. The dead-air structure also provides warmth retention.
On the other hand, the flat side has a mesh structure that keeps perspiration out and prevents overheating inside the garment.
