Peregrine Design (ペレグリンデザイン) のカッティングボード。そのまま手渡しすることでお皿にも早変わり。
使い方自由な木の温もりを感じるお皿。人体に安全な浸透性のあるウレタン塗装を施している。杢目は全て違いそれぞれの素材の個性を活かしている。材質は国産のヒノキを使用。反り防止と水切りのために、端に溝が2本切ってあり、細やかなディティールも素晴らしい。サムズホールにもなる、親指を入れる穴も空けてある。
