数年前からラインナップしていたローバーテーブルの進化改良版です。

 

改良、変更点として以前のモデルでは「別売りのショートレッグを根元から交換する」構造だった部分を脚の途中にジョイント箇所を設け、以前よりも格段というより別次元で脚の交換が楽になっています。(脚も最初から2種類付属します。)

ジョイント部分はあえてよくあるスプリングボタン式にせず高精度の切削ジョイントパーツ(アルミ無垢材)をパイプ上部にインサートして下部パイプとボルト止めする構造としました。

これにより付け替え脚によくあるガタがほぼなく、ジョイント部分も目立たなく仕上がっております。

 

他には天板を「有孔ボード」に統一し以前のラワン材とは一味違った表情となっている点と以前には無かったショートレッグ時に脚をまとめるベルトを裏面中央に追加しています。

価格面では従来品+レッグパーツをご購入いただいた際よりも若干お安い設定としています。

This is an improved version of the Rover table that has been in our lineup for several years. The new model has a joint point in the middle of the leg, whereas the previous model had a structure where the short leg (sold separately) is replaced from the base. (Two types of legs are included from the beginning.) Instead of using the common spring-button joint, a high-precision machined joint part (made of solid aluminum) is inserted into the upper part of the pipe and bolted to the lower pipe. This eliminates the rattling that is common in replacement legs, and the joint part is also made unobtrusive. In addition, the top panel is now made of perforated board, giving it a different look from the previous lauan wood, and a belt has been added to the center of the back side to hold the legs together when the short leg is used, which was not the case before. The price is slightly lower than the price of the conventional product plus leg parts.
