About the delivery schedule

We usually ship your order within 1 business day(*) to 5 business days from the date of your order.

Business days are days other than holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer and New Year holidays). We will announce the long holidays and year-end and New We will inform you about holidays on Instagram and other SNS.
Please note that it may take longer than the normal delivery schedule due to the need to order some products. In this case, we will contact you at the email address you have registered.


About the delivery

We will deliver by Sagawa Express and Ecohai delivery for domestic shipment (Japan)
Regarding for international shipment we will arrange EMS.
You can’t specify the delivery company.

We do not deliver to hotels and other accommodations, or to transportation facilities such as airports, ports, and stations just in case.
If an order is found to be delivered to one of the destinations listed above, we may have to cancel your order.

Designation of delivery date and time (only domestic* shipment) *Japan

If you would like to specify the delivery time and date, please select the delivery time on the order page.

If there is no preference, we will deliver on the shortest possible date.
Please note that it may take longer to deliver to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other remote islands than normal.

Please be aware that the arrival of the product may be delayed due to bad weather, shipping company’s convenience, or any other reason.

About shipping fee (for domestic* residents) *Japan

A delivery fee of 700 yen plus tax will be charged.

Free shipping will be offered on orders of 15,000 yen (excluding tax) or more in total in a single order.


About Cash on Delivery (for domestic* residents) *Japan

This is a payment method in which the payment is made to the delivery person when the goods are delivered.

In addition to cash, we accept credit cards, electronic money and debit cards.

In addition to the shipping costs, the following fees will be charged for cash on delivery.

COD fee

(only domestic* shipment) *Japan

～Up to 10,000 yen: 300 yen plus tax

10,000 yen to 30,000 yen: 400 yen plus tax

30,000 yen to 100,000 yen: 600 yen plus tax

100,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen plus tax


About international shipping

Payment for international shipping is accepted by credit card or PayPal.

We deliver by EMS or DHL. Please note that we are unable to make any changes.

If the delivery address is overseas, the consumption tax equivalent (10%) of the purchase amount is exempted.
If customs duties are incurred at the shipping destination, the customer will be responsible for paying them. Please be aware of this in advance.

As for international shipment, our customer service will provide tracking number via International shipment.

With the exception of some products, we charge the following flat rate.
