The entire skillet is 5 mm thick, which increases the heat storage capacity of the iron and makes it suitable for all cooking methods, including grilling, steaming, frying, and boiling. Cooking in the skillet is more versatile and performs better with a skillet cover (lid sold separately). Logic is a series of iron pots and pans that have been seasoned by LODGE over many years of research and are ready to cook immediately upon delivery.
