タスラン加工は撚りをかけずに圧縮空気をフィラメントに吹き当てることで、フィラメント同士をループさせ強く結束することで嵩高制を高める加工です。撚りを入れないので糸にストレスをかけず、やわらかい風合いとナチュラルな表情に仕上げることができます。また耐久性に優れ、しわになりにくい、軽いなどのメリットもあります。コットンのような肌触りも特徴です。

・別布
コットンとナイロンをブレンドした混紡素材。1960年発祥のオーセンティックな素材ながらも、コットンよりも通気性が高く、ナイロンに比べて耐摩耗性に優れていて機能的。水分を吸収すると、繊維が膨張して撥水性も発揮する。使うほどに風合いが出るので、愛着を持って使い続けられる素材です。この生地はナイロン糸にリサイクル糸を使用しサスティナブルを体現しています。

前後のヨークが一枚で構成され、脇下にマチを取ることにより、可動域が計算されたシルエット。
収納可能なフードのため、その日のコーデに合わせて出し入れ可能です。
リサイクルタスランナイロンと、ハーフリサイクル綿ナイロンの組み合わせ。

Taslan processing is a process to increase bulkiness by blowing compressed air over filaments without twisting, which loops the filaments together and binds them strongly. Since no twisting is applied, no stress is placed on the yarn, and the result is a soft texture and natural look. It is also highly durable, wrinkle-resistant, and lightweight. It also has the feel of cotton.

Separate sheet
A blend of cotton and nylon, this authentic material originated in 1960, but is more breathable than cotton and more abrasion resistant than nylon. When it absorbs water, the fiber expands and shows water repellency. The more you use it, the more the texture develops, so it is also a material that you can continue to use with affection. This fabric embodies sustainability by using recycled nylon yarn.

Design
The silhouette is made up of a single piece of yoke on the front and back, with gussets under the arms for a calculated range of motion.
The hood is retractable, so it can be taken in and out depending on the day’s outfit.
Combination of recycled Taslan nylon and half-recycled cotton nylon.
Water-repellent finish, so it can handle a little rain.
