LODGE ロッジ ディープスキレット10-1/4インチ L8DSK3は120年余りの歴史があるLODGE（ロッジ）社のスキレット（フライパン）です。

10-1/4インチ（内径40.9cm）で、アメリカでも人気のサイズの深鍋タイプです。フライドチキンなど揚げ物や、煮込み料理にもお勧めです。ハンドル（柄の部分）の反対側にアシストハンドルがあり、両手で持ち上げることができ扱いやすいデザインです。スキレット全体が5mmの厚みで、鉄の蓄熱力を上げ、焼く、蒸す、炒める、煮るなど全ての調理法に適しています。
スキレットの調理はスキレットカバー（別売りの蓋）があるとより調理の幅を広げ、性能を発揮します。
