9インチ（内径23cm）で、日本のキッチンでも使いやすいサイズです。ステーキやハンバーグをジューシーに仕上げたり、薄皮の餃子の皮をカリっと焼きあげることができます。スキレット全体が5mmの厚みで、鉄の蓄熱力を上げ、焼く、蒸す、炒める、煮るなど全ての調理法に適しています。
スキレットの調理はスキレットカバー（別売りの蓋）があるとより調理の幅を広げ、性能を発揮します。
