RECYCLED MATERIALS
F/CE.®︎では、リサイクルナイロン、リサイクルコットン、リサイクルポリエステル、ECOPETなど、リサイクル素材を使用したアイテムを制作しています。現在、コレクションの60％にリサイクル素材が使用されており、今後もより多くのリサイクル素材を取り入れるべく努力しています。
F/CE.®︎ uses recycled materials in the production of its items, such as recycled nylon, recycled cotton, recycled polyester and ECOPET. Currently, 60% of our collection is made from recycled materials and we are working to incorporate more recycled materials in the future.
– ORGANIC COTTON
3年以上農薬や化学肥料を使わない農地で栽培された綿、オーガニックコットンと、ポストインダストリアルの廃棄繊維と紡績工場からの廃棄物で作ったリサイクルナイロンを使用した、高密度ツイル素材。
High density twill fabric made from organic cotton, cotton grown on farms without pesticides or chemical fertilisers for more than three years, and recycled nylon made from post-industrial waste fibres and waste from spinning mills.
– RECYCLE COTTON
縫製工場で不要になったコットンとポリエステルの裁断くずや、不要になった生地を使用。回収した原料を色分けし紡績しているので、染料を必要とせず、もとの色をそのまま活かした環境にやさしい100％アップサイクル糸を使用しています。
The upcycled yarns are made from cotton and polyester cuttings and fabrics that are no longer needed in sewing factories. The recovered raw materials are colour-coded and spun to create an environmentally friendly 100% upcycled yarn, which does not require dyes and retains its original colours.
– ECOPET
ECOPET®は使用済みのペットボトルや衣料品、繊維くずを原料とし、石油を使用していないため大気中に放出されるCO2の排出削減に貢献しています。ECOPET®は持続可能なだけでなく、通気性、軽量、速乾性に優れているため、サマーアイテムとして適した素材となっております。
ECOPET® is made from used plastic bottles, garments and textile waste and does not use oil, thus contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. ECOPET® is not only sustainable, but also breathable, lightweight and quick-drying, making it an ideal summer fabric.
– RECYCLE NYLON
リサイクル・ナイロンの使用は原材料としての原油への依存を軽減します。そのうえ廃棄物を減らして埋め立て地の寿命を延長し、焼却炉から出る温室効果ガスの放出も減少させます。
F/CE®︎では、リサイクルナイロンなどのリサイクル繊維とコットンなどの天然繊維を組み合わせた素材を使用しており、機能性とサステナビリティを実現し、かつスタイリッシュなアイテムを制作しています。
The use of recycled nylon reduces our dependence on crude oil as a raw material. In addition, it reduces waste, extending the life of landfills and reducing the emission of greenhouse gases from incinerators.
At F/CE®︎ we use a combination of recycled fibres such as recycled nylon and natural fibres such as cotton to create items that are functional, sustainable and stylish.
RECYCLE TWILL
ナイロンとリサイクルナイロンを混紡した、上品な新素材を使用しています。
It is made of an elegant new material, a blend of nylon and recycled nylon.
RECYCLE PACKABLE
10デニールの超軽量ブライトリサイクルナイロンを使用し、20デニールのフルダルリサイクルナイロンをリップストップ糸に使用することにより、立体感のあるデザインになっています。
フッ素フリー撥水をすることにより撥水機能があるため、多少の雨でも使用可能。
It is made of 10 denier ultra-lightweight bright recycled nylon and 20 denier full-dull recycled nylon ripstop yarn, which gives it a three-dimensional look.
The fluorine-free water repellency makes it water-repellent, so it can be used in some rain.
RECYCLED POLYESTER
軽量で着心地の良いストレッチ性と速乾性にも優れた仕立て映えのするイージーケアなECO素材です。
Pure polyester consumes a lot of energy when it is converted from oil into fibre. Recycled polyester, with its natural texture, uses 30-50% less energy than pure polyester and contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
It is lightweight, comfortable, stretchy, quick-drying, easy to care for and looks great on the body.
– PET RECYCLE
ペットボトルから原料を作った再生ナイロンを使用したライン。ペットボトルはポリエステル繊維と同じポリエチレンテレフタレートを原料としており、回収されたペットボトルから再生した原料を使ってポリエステル繊維を作成。
This line is made from recycled nylon made from PET bottles. PET bottles are made from polyethylene terephthalate, the same material as polyester fibre, and polyester fibre is created using raw materials recycled from collected PET bottles.
– INDIGO ECO DYEING
インディゴECO染色という方法で染めることによって、通常のインディゴロープ染色よりCO2の排出量を削減しています。
電解水を精練など染色工程に活用しており、洗剤や中和処理薬剤の使用が大幅に減少し、排水処理コストが削減。温水を使わないことで二酸化炭素の削減にも貢献しています。
The Indigo ECO dyeing method reduces CO2 emissions compared to normal indigo rope dyeing.
Electrolyzed water is used in the scouring and other dyeing processes, which significantly reduces the use of detergents and neutralising agents, thus reducing the cost of wastewater treatment. The absence of hot water also contributes to a reduction in CO2 emissions.
GOAL
F/CE.®は特定のカテゴリでポジショニングするという概念は全くありません。私たちの目標は、ファッションがどう人々に価値を提供できるかということです。そういった観点から、SDGSを意識した取り組みは非常に重要であると考えます。全てができるわけではないので、まずは自分たちの身の丈にあったやり方で、3年前から意識した物作りをスタートしました。私たちが考えているのは、価値だけの視点ではなく、二酸化炭素を減らし、20年、30年後に緑の多い地球を存続させることです。そのためには、ブランド側で人々に提供する価値を意識しながら、個人が意識を持って身の丈にあった活動をすることが必要だと考えています。
F/CE.® has no concept of positioning itself in a particular category. Our goal is to find ways in which fashion can offer value to people. From that point of view, we think it is very important to be aware of the SDGS. We can’t do everything, so we started making things in a conscious way three years ago, in our own sizeable way. Our idea is not only from the point of view of value, but also to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and to ensure the survival of a green planet in 20 or 30 years time. To achieve this, we believe that individuals need to be aware of the value they provide to people on the brand side, while at the same time being conscious of their own size.
